Store the appropriate ice core in an ultra-low temperature refrigerator for several hours. After the core has been chilled, place the desired tube module on the core and insert your sample or plate into the module. If dry ice is used, take the ice core out and directly fill approximately 200 g of dry ice and then lay the tube module on top of it.
Low temperature protection for biological samples
Temperature uniformity between holes
Ice cores for different storage temperatures
Availible with Block Modules for 1,5 ml, 2 ml or 5 ml
Lightweight, easy to carry
Easy to clean and disinfect
Highly durable and suitable for frequent and repeated use
Simply put the samples to be frozen into FreezeCell™, and apply the lid. The FreezeCell™ must be placed in a -80 ℃ environment for at least 3 hours, do not open during the cooling period. After the cooling process is complete, the sample can be removed and transferred to a liquid nitrogen tank for long term storage.
No need to add any liquid, no pre-cooling required
All samples can be kept in a -80 ℃ low temperature environment
Lid can easily be opened
No concern of frostbite to your fingers
No maintenance costs, no need to replace anything
FreezeCell™ is suitable for frequent and repeated use
Small foot print is minimal, and won’t use up a lot of freezer space
Availible in different shapes
Capacity for twelve 1.0 - 2.0 ml Cryogenic Vials or twelve 1.5 - 2.0 ml Centrifuge Tubes
Excellent cooling rate consistency, freeze an individual experiment, or a full load.
