Multi-Tier™ 96-Well Microplate
  System for Biotechnology
The innovative and patented Multi-Tier™ 96-Well Micro Plate System from J.G. Finneran offers you a new dimension of flexibility in the common 96-Well format.

Due to its modular design, the Multi-Tier™ system helps you to quickly set up the perfect 96-well plate for your application. The vented base plate provides a secure fit for a variety of 9 mm OD vials manufactured from glass or polypropylene, while assuring uniform heating and cooling when immersed in a water bath. The reusable base plate is capable of securing 0.5 to 2.5 ml vials and thus replaces a variety of common 96-well and deep well plates in your lab. Additional spacers provide adjustable height to support different sized vials.

The lid with an alphanumeric grid locks the liner in place and prevents vial pullout.

Molded PTFE/silicone liners lock into the 96 vials and seal them, thus preventing evaporation and cross contamination.
  • Standard 96-well footprint allows use with most instruments

  • Available in Aluminium, Topas (COC, Cyclic Olefin Copolymers) and ABS (Acrylic Butyl Styrene)

PTFE Sealing Film

  • 51 µm PTFE film, blue, patented
  • Clear adhesive-free area above each well prevents sample contamination through adhesive
  • Solvent-free adhesive adheres to polypropylene, polystyrene, and polycarbonate 
  • Compatible with aqueous solutions and organic solvents
  • Excellent chemical resistance, also resistant to DMSO
  • Functional temperatures range: -80 °C to +120 °C
