Fast, Accurate, and Effortless Cell Culture Monitoring

With the new Ampha X30 from Amphasys, cell analysis and thereby bioprocess development and monitoring is made easy: it enables simultaneous measurement of cell countcell viability, and additional critical parameters such as metabolic activity. Since the system utilizes Impedance Flow Cytometry, it requires no dyes, markers, or incubation steps. Results are available within minutes, including sample preparation!

With a single instrument and three interchangeable microfluidic chip sizes, the Ampha X30 can analyse a wide variety of cells, including bacteria, human and animal cells, algae, yeast, and even somatic cells in milk.

The new Ampha X10 from Amphasys can analyse yeast cells rapidly and reliably, directly on-site. Within 1 minute you can simultaneously determine cell count, cell viability, and exponential growth of saccharomyces, without any staining procedures or incubation time.

Utilizing electrical impedance, each single yeast cell is measured and analysed objectively with minimal user input. You can directly calculate the yeast amount needed for pitching within the integrated software, based on the measured viability. Prevent overpitching and underpitching by using real data for your brewing process!
