The pipette plugging machine makes it easy to quickly and reliably prepare various types of serological pipettes for later use.

The device has different operating modes for continuous operation and for individually user-controlled cotton wool feed.

For process design tailored to your needs, the machine can pack 40, 50, or 60 pipettes per minute at three different speeds.

The uniform cotton wool shape ensures that pipettes are packed correctly every time. One package of cotton wool with preformed cotton wool thread is sufficient to pack approx. 35,000 pipettes and is supplied with the device.

Thanks to its compact design and built-in handle, the machine is easy to transport and can be stored in a space-saving manner in virtually any laboratory or washing-up and media kitchen.
