Dunn Labortechnik presents the SpecPlate from Phabioc which features a completely new and unique design for a 96-well plate.

The SpecPlate includes 96 measurement structures each consisting of an inlet valve, 4 dilutions (100, 700, 1400 and 2000 µm) and an outlet valve. This structure enables to measure 384-wells while inlet valves are positioned in a 96-well format. Therefore, pipetting volumes are reduced and only 36 µl of sample are needed for filling a measurement structure consisting of 4 wells.

Despite this structure the plate still confines to SLAS/ANSI standard allowing users to use the plate in automated workflows while pipetting error for dilutions is reduced significantly.

The plate is manufactured from cycloolefin copolymer (COC) for an excellent UV/VIS transmission.
