  • Automates application of adhesive film to microplates and tube racks.
  • Works with a wide range of plates, tube racks and custom applications.
  • Seals polystyrene, polypropylene, CoC and CoP plate formats with plate heights from 7 to 48 mm.
  • Operates with aluminium or plastic film rolls approx. 78 to 85 mm wide and 200 m long.
  • Cuts films to the desired lengths between 124 mm and 130 mm.
  • Easy to programme.
  • Operator friendly.
  • Can be operated both pneumatically and electrically.
  • Can be integrated with the “Scorpion” plate handler.
