Dunn Labortechnik presents the new OLIGO-Link kit from MOSS!
Whether you need 0.1 mg or 10 mg of conjugate, with this new conjugation kit you can create your own IgG-OLIGO conjugates in a few simple steps. Due to the scalable and robust chemistry used, the produced conjugates are highly reproducible.
Immunoglobulin G and oligonucleotide are each activated with a proprietary reagent to facilitate the conjugation reaction. The activated components are then mixed in a 15:1 (oligo:IgG) ratio and incubated for 2 h. After quenching the conjugates for 1 h, the conjugates are ready to use. Optionally, excess oligonucleotides can be removed from the reaction mix by centrifugation. Activated oligonucleotide and activated IgG can be stored at 2 – 8 °C for up to 6 months.
In addition to the new oligo conjugation kit, MOSS also manufactures other MOSS-Link™ kits, such as AP-, APC-. Biotin-, FITC-, HRP-, or PE-Link. Further, MOSS produces stable liquid conjugates and substrates, ideal for use in ELISA, immunoblot and immunohistochemistry.
