Dunn Labortechnik presents the new Krystal™ Signum High Bind clear 96 flat bottom plates which are designed to bind proteins, peptides, antibodies or other biomolecules to the plate surface. These characteristics make them valuable for a wide range of applications such as ELISA, antibody screening/production, protein assays, peptide or hapten binding and general biomolecular immobilization.

The two key characteristics of these plates are the high activation level and exceptional clarity. Another important feature is the low and competitive pricing alternative to existing plates on the market.

The plates are made from high grade polystyrene, chosen for low background fluorescence for ELISA, fluorescence, luminescence and spectroscopy applications. The plates comply to standard SLAS/ANSI dimensions making them automation compatible and enable using most devices.

The high binding surface of the plates is hydrophilic and suitable for passive adsorption of proteins with different grades of hydrophilicity. The complete bottom surface area is 30 mm2 and the total well volume 300 µl.

All plates are tested by Porvair Sciences for uniformity, stability and reproducibility.
