ExoDiscovery® is a user-friendly tabletop centrifuge for simple and rapid isolation of extracellular vesicles (EVs) from biological samples by nanofiltration.

Using suitable disc-shaped filtration inserts (ExoDisc® cartridges) and simple, optimized protocols, high yields of EVs can be obtained in approx. 15 – 60 minutes from a wide variety of biological samples, e.g.:

•Cell Culture Supernatants (CCS)
•Plasma / Serum
•Urine
•Cerebrospinal Fluid (CSF)
•Bronchial Wash (BW)
•other samples

Due to the very low shear stress applied during isolation and the high efficiency of the patented nanofiltration process, intact EVs are obtained in very high purity grades for further analysis and characterization methods; e.g. for nanoparticle-tracking-analysis (NTA), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), western blotting, ELISA, DNA/RNA prep for qPCR or sequencing.
