Due to the scalable and robust chemistry used, the produced conjugates are highly reproducible.<\/p>\n<p>Immunoglobulin G and oligonucleotide are each activated with a proprietary reagent to facilitate the conjugation reaction. The activated components are then mixed in a 15:1 (oligo:IgG) ratio and incubated for 2 h. After quenching the conjugates for 1 h, the conjugates are ready to use. Optionally, excess oligonucleotides can be removed from the reaction mix by centrifugation. Activated oligonucleotide and activated IgG can be stored at 2 &#8211; 8 \u00b0C for up to 6 months.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the new oligo conjugation kit, MOSS also manufactures <strong>other MOSS-Link\u2122 kits<\/strong>, such as AP-, APC-. Biotin-, FITC-, HRP-, or PE-Link.
