{"id":23997,"date":"2025-12-04T15:19:33","date_gmt":"2025-12-04T14:19:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dunnlab.de\/exodiscovery-exodisc-system-from-labspinner\/"},"modified":"2025-12-04T15:19:33","modified_gmt":"2025-12-04T14:19:33","slug":"exodiscovery-exodisc-system-from-labspinner","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.dunnlab.de\/en\/exodiscovery-exodisc-system-from-labspinner\/","title":{"rendered":"ExoDiscovery\u00ae \/ExoDisc\u00ae System from LabSpinner"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><strong>Quick and gentle isolation of Intact Extracellular Vesicles (EVs)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Dunn Labortechnik presents the <strong><em>ExoDiscovery<sup>\u00ae<\/sup><\/em><\/strong> tabletop centrifuge from <strong><em>LabSpinner<\/em><\/strong> which is designed for <strong>rapid isolation of nanoscale extracellular vesicles (EVs).<\/strong> Using disposable <strong><em>ExoDisc<sup>\u00ae<\/sup><\/em><\/strong> -D20 or -D100 cartridges and optimized protocols, the user can easily isolate EVs with sizes of <strong>&gt;20 nm <\/strong>or<strong> &gt;100 nm<\/strong> from a variety of biological samples such as plasma, serum, urine, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), bronchial wash and many more in as short as 15 &#8211; 60 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Cells secrete extracellular vesicles (EVs) for intercellular communication, and mammalian EVs are known to mediate physiological and pathological functions throughout the body by transporting biomolecules from one cell location, tissue or organ to another.\u00a0Present in all tissues and body fluids EVs carry a variety of different molecules including RNAs, proteins, and lipids.<\/p>\n<p>Because quick and reproducible methods are often required in basic and clinical research, the gentle isolation conditions (low centrifugal force: &lt; 500 xg) and patented \u201cTangential Flow Filtration\u201d technology make the <strong><em>ExoDiscovery\u00ae \/ ExoDisc\u00ae<\/em><\/strong> the ideal system for precision science and research applications.
