Roll-Seal™ for Automation

  • Fast, efficient, high-throughput sealing of microplates, 2.5 to 5 sec/plate
  • Provides reliable and efficient sealing at a lower cost per plate with minimal user intervention
  • Film rolls are fitted on a 7.62 cm plastic core, which makes them compatible with most automatic sealer
     Available as:
    • ThermalSeal RTS™: 50 Μm PO-film with 50 Μm inert silicone adhesive, optically clear, non-sterile, non-pierceable, temperature range: -70 °C to +100 °C, for RT-PCR, storage and crystallization, 540 plates/roll
    • AlumaSeal® Foil: 38 Μm Aluminium foil with 38 Μm acrylic adhesive, non-sterile, pierceable, temperature range: -80 °C to +120 °C, for PCR, long-term cold storage and sample recovery, 830 plates/roll
    • FoilSeal™: 140 Μm, hydrophobic, porous rayon film, non-sterile, pierceable, temperature range: -20 °C to +80 °C, for a steady exchange of air and CO2, non-toxic, for tissue culture, bio-blocks, bacterial growth, 830 plates/roll
